Library Management System is a tool to create, customize
and maintain skills models using the SkillsPlex®
Library as a source of skills information. The SkillsPlex®
Library contains about 10,000 skills organized into
more than 200 business functions with skill descriptions
indicating proficiency levels.
The SkillsPlex® Library Management
System permits the user to prepare templates of skill
groups for input into systems such as skills management,
learning management, human resource, recruitment and
other systems where skills-based information is required.
